【Abstract】 A method of auto-potentiometric titration was developed to determinate more than teo kinds of amino acids widely used in clinic. The method was compared with the nonagueous, iodimetric and alkaline titration. The relative standard deviation 0.3% sample consuming is 40-80 mg. This method is simple、acurate、sensitive and easy to judge the end-point. It is worthy to recommend to be widely applied.更多还原
