【Abstract】 Mycobacterium smegmatis was cultured by surface pillicle. The culture was freated by ultrasonic oscillation. Crude L-Lactate oxidase was purified by ammonium sulfate fractional precipition heat treatment dialysis extraction and colum chromatography of Sephadex G-200. Electrophoresis pattern of purified L-Lactate oxidase on cellulose acerate strips is single band. The specific activity is 125. The yield is 38%.更多还原
