免疫制剂对大鼠肝枯否细胞数量和面积的影响

【摘要】 给大鼠以干扰素(IFN-A),卡介苗(BCG)或两者联用,以墨汁吞噬实验和溶菌酶免疫组织化学法显示肝枯否细胞(KC),以图象分析系统测定KC的数量和面积;同时进行外周血非特异性酸性酯酶(ANAE)阳性淋巴细胞计数。结果显示:IFN-A、BCG或两者联用后,使溶菌酶阳性和吞噬墨汁的KC数增多,尤以肝小叶周边带为显著;KC面积明显增大;外周血ANAE阳性淋巴细胞增多,尤以“弥散型”淋巴细胞增多较显著。上述作用中BCG较IFNA明显,尤以两者联用的效果最强。是免疫制剂增强KC抗肝癌细胞作用有关的细胞学机制。

【Abstract】 Rats were given IFN-A,BCG,or IFN-A+BCG respectively, Kupffer cells (KC) were shown by means of ink-phagocytosis and lysozyme immunohistochemical staining,the number and areas of KC were assayed using image analysis,and the percent of alpha-naphthyl acetate estase (ANAE) positive lymphocytes in blood was estimated.Results showed that the number of lysozyme positive and ink-phagoeyttic KC increased as compared with that of controls,especially in peripheral zone of hepatic lobule; the mean area of lysozyme positive KC was larger than that of controls; the percent of ANAE positive lymphocytes of treated rats was increased, and the percent of scattered ANAE positive lymphocytes increased obviously,The effect of BCG was stronger than that of IFN-A,and IFN-A+BOG exhibited the strongest effect.The above mentioned results may related to the mechanisms of immuune stimulants which can enhance anti-hepatoma effects of KC.
