【Abstract】 pecific high titre antisera to TSH were raisedin two sheeps injected with 100μg (booster in-jection. 50μg) highly purified TSH preparationby the multi-site intradermal immunizationtechnique. Blood were bled at two week inter-vals by cardiac puncture without killing the an-imals and solution of anti-anemia drug was giv-en to sheeps after each leting blood. The antis-era were monitored by TSH RIA Kit.
