【Abstract】 Monoclonal Antibody to TBDV was precipitated by saturated ammonium sulphate solution, removed saline by dialysising and rough purified by Sephdcx-50 Gel Chromatography methods. After McAb was purified by DEAE-22 Cellulose Column Chromatography methods, we gained purific McAb whose titer by ELISA was above 10-6 and titer by two dimentioned immunodiffusion test in Gel was above 1:64. The rate of recovery was above 60%. The highest concentration of McAb to IBDV was 1 .2mg / ml. It was identified that the eintc was purific IgG as the result of two dimentioned immundiffusion test of anti-mice serum.更多还原
