稀土对香菇的生物学效应及其机理

【摘要】 经液体培养、平板培养和代料栽培的研究表明,稀土处理能促进香菇担孢子萌发、菌丝伸长、分枝、转色和子实体形成,提高香菇的相对和绝对生物学效率。这些效应可能与稀土元素促进香菇菌丝顶端细胞内泡囊聚集和增强胞内外酶活性有关。

【Abstract】 The experiments on liquid culture,plate culture and bag culture of L. edodes with application of rare-earth elements were carried out. The results indicated that treatments with rare-earth elements promoted germination of basidiospores,growth and branching of mycelia as well as mycelium browning and fruit-boby formation,which raised finally the absolute and relative biological efficiencies on L. edodes. The mechanism of these effects interrelated to the promoted aggregation of vesicles at mycelial top cell and enhanced enzyme activities caused by rare-earth elements.
