芙蓉肉鸭的能量和蛋白质代谢特点

【摘要】 试验用两个能量水平的日粮(11.71MJ/kg和12.55MJ/kg)分别饲喂芙蓉瘦肉鸭12羽,采用全收粪法对肉鸭18~21,32~35,46~49日龄三个阶段各种日粮的代谢能、能量代谢率、干物质消化率、氮沉积和氨基酸表观消化率进行了测定。结果表明:1.日粮代谢能实测值均大于计算值(4.06%~10.93%);高能日粮(简称HE)比低能日粮(简称LE)的代谢能计算值更接近于实测值;2.随肉鸭日龄的增大,后期氮的沉积率显著降低(P<0.01),干物质消化率和能量代谢率有所提高(P>0.05);3.提高日粮能量浓度后,干物质消化率显著提高(P<0.05),能量代谢率和氮沉积率稍有提高(P>0.05);4.受测氨基酸中,蛋氨酸的表观消化率最高,提高日粮能量浓度后,赖氨酸表观消化率,前、后期显著提高(P<0.05),中期略有降低(P>0.05),胱氨酸表观消化率前期显著提高(P<0.05),中、后期无显著影响(P>0.05)。

【Abstract】 An experiment was conducted with 12 Furong ducklings to determine the metabolizable energy(ME), dry matter(DM) digestibility, nitrogen retention(NR) and apparent digestibility(AD) of amino acids in duck diets during three periods(18-21, 32-35 and 46-49 days of age)using total feces collection method. The ducks were fed on various diets with low energy(LE) and high energy(HE) levels, respectively. The results showed that: 1. the measured values of ME in duck diets were higher than the calculated values,the measured values in HE diets were closer to calculated values,when compared with LE diets; 2. as the ducks aged, the NR decreased significantly(P<0. 05), but the DM digestibility and energy metabolizability increased(P<0. 01 ); 3. when the dietary energy increased,the DM digestibility increased significantly(P<0. 05),but the energy metabolozability and NR increased(P>0. 05) slightly; 4. the AD of methionine was the highest among the amino acids tested ; and when the dietary energy increased,the AD of lysine increased significantly(P<0. 05)in 0-21 and 36-49 days of age,but decreased slightly(P>0. 05) in 22-35 days of age;in the meantime, the AD of cystine increased significantly(P<0. 05)only in 0-21 days of age,and was not affected significantly(P>0. 05)in 22-35 and 36-49 days of age.
