【Abstract】 In this paqer, a new technique is reported to apply computer to XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Spcctroscopy), one kind of surface analysis spectroscopy, with a data collceting and data processing system. Eccause of the cenputer application,the analytic accuracy of various spectra has been greatly improved, with the resmelt that the XPS spectroscopy gairs more funetions.
