Iris Sp.的核型研究
A Study on the Karyotype of Lris Sp.
【摘要】 本文对Iris Sp.进行了核型研究,为Iris Sp.的形态分类奠定了基础.结果表明:该种的体细胞染色体数目为2n=20,核型公式为:2n=2x=20=16m+2sm+2T.
【Abstract】 The paper reports the karyotype of Iris Sp. . which somatic chromosome number is 2n = 20. The karyotype analysis shows that the karyotype formula is 2n = 2x = 20 = 16m+2sm + 2T.
