催化动力学光度法测定水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)
DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHROMIUM(Ⅵ)IN WATER BY CATALYTIC KINETIC METHOD
【摘要】 在弱酸性介质中,当有活化剂氨三乙酸存在时,铬(Ⅵ)对氯酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的反应具有强烈的催化作用。本文以此反应为指示反应,利用固定时间法研究了该催化反应的条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.15ngCr/ml,线性范围为0~20ngCr/ml.将本方法用于水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 A new catalytic kinetic method for determination of trace chromium has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of Cr(Ⅵ)on the oxidation of rhodamine B with potassium chlorate in the walpole buffer solution(pH=3).The detection limit is 0.15 ng/ml of Cr,The linear raiige is obtanined for 0~20 ng/ml of Cr,The method has been used to determine trace Cr(Ⅵ)in water with satisfactory results.
