垂体腺瘤的免疫组化及超微结构观察

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY ON PITUITARY ADENOMAS

【摘要】 在对垂体腺瘤进行激素定位和功能分类的基础上,随机选择14例标本进行电镜观察,按超微结构分型的标准,查见生长激素(HGH)腺瘤4例,催乳素(PRL)腺瘤3例,HGH和PRD混合性腺瘤2例,促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)腺瘤、促甲状腺素(TSH)腺瘤、促性腺激素细胞腺瘤、瘤样细胞型无功能细胞腺瘤及非瘤样细胞型无功能细胞腺瘤各1例。电镜观察可准确判断颗粒的大小和多少,估计腺瘤的功能状态,了解分泌过程。观察结果表明,垂体腺瘤的细胞形态往往不是单一的,而是不同分化状态和各种类型细胞按不同比例的组合。

【Abstract】 On the basis of functional classification of 117 cases of pituitary adenomas 14 cases of which were randomly studied under electron microscope.Altogether, 4 HGH-cell adenomas, 3 PRL-cell adenomas, 2mixed HGH and PRL-cell adenomas, 1 ACTH adenoma, 1 TSH adenoma,1 gonadotroph cell adenoma, 1 oncocytic adenoma and 1 non-oncocytic adenoma were identified according to ultrasructural study.The electron microscope could demonstrat the number and volume of secreting granules more clearly than immunochemical method did so as to estimate the functional status and secreting process of pituitary adenoma but there were some similarities among the different tumour cells.So, ultrastructural study for pituitary adenomas was not so specific as immunochemical changes.
