采后温州蜜柑果实的生物保鲜研究
Biocontrol Storage Study of Postharvest Satsuma Fruits.
【摘要】 采用木霉发酵液对采后温州蜜柑果实进行生物贮藏保鲜,结果表明:经发酵液处理的果实,在10~17℃和85%~94%相对湿度下经103天贮藏后,好果率达95.0%~97.0%。
【Abstract】 Postharvest satsuma fruits were treated by fermentative liquid of Trichoderma harzianum, then stored at roomtemperature of 10-17℃ and RH 85%-94% for 103 days. The result of storage showed that the percentage of fresh fruits reached 95%-97%.
