利用高梁酒糟固体发酵生产单细胞蛋白饲料的研究

【摘要】 在高梁酒糟中接种优质饲料酵母菌种发酵48小时,烘干粉碎,生产出单细胞蛋白酒糟粉,比原酒糟粉纯蛋白质含量提高27%~36%,各种氨基酸平均提高32%左右,其中赖氨酸提高近80%,富含维生素和矿质元素。最佳发酵条件为:尿素最适添加量占鲜糟的0.6%,转化成菌体蛋白的转化率为98.6%;在堆积厚度5cm浅层固体发酵条件下,培养基最初含水范围60%~70%对菌体生长影响无明显差异;温度28°~30℃,pH值4.0~4.5,发酵时间48小时。添加0.8%的农用过磷酸钙,以满足微生物生长需要及补充单细胞蛋白酒糟粉中钙的不足;添加0.08%的糖化酶,以水解酒糟残存淀粉。

【Abstract】 Scp feed of sorghum vinasse with the inoculation of yeast was produced by solid state fermentation for 48 hours ,drying and smashing it . The content of pure protein in scp vinasse increased by 27%-36% than vinasse before fermentation.Average value of sixteen kinds of amino acids in scp vinasse increased by 32% approximately than vinasse before fermentation. The optimun temperature for fermentation was 28°-30°C,the optimum pH was 4. 5-5. 5 and moisture content in culture medium was 60%-70%, adding 0. 6% urea ,0. 8% calcium superphosephate and 0. 08% glucoamylase to vinasse. Fermentation time sustained 48 hours.
