【Abstract】 Esterase isozyme in heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, leg muscle , ovary and womb from Guizhou miniature piglets have been determined with polyacrylamide lamide gel electrophoresis. According to the ratio of migration , the zymogram of esterase can be divided in to three areas. At the first area , there is a common band of zymogram for all of sampled tissuses. The discrepancy of tissues has been observed in other zymogram bands.更多还原
