【Abstract】 This paper describes the mathematical simulation of linear predictor and quantized device in the designing of self-adaption predict coder,and analyses the effect of every parameter on the voice by comprter simulation. In order to meet the need of lower digit code ratio,one-order linear predict and single-bit quantized device are proposed.The 4800 bit self-adapting predicet coder designed on this priciple obtained a comparative good quality.更多还原
