贝氏体钢的组织结构和性能
THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE BAINITIC STEELS
【摘要】 研究了不同含碳量的贝氏体钢的组织和性能,由于钢中含碳量的差别,在铸态和空冷条件下得到不同形态和数量的贝氏体。在低碳范围得到全部贝氏体组织。随碳量增加,贝氏体量减少,形态发生变化,同时,马氏体量增多.在合适成分,空冷可得到近于半贝氏体和半马氏体组织,这种钢具有优良的综合力学性能和高耐磨性,它比目前现场使用的几种典型耐磨材料有更高的耐磨性能.
【Abstract】 The microstructures and behaviour of the bainitic steels containing the different carbon content and alloy element were studied. During air cooling the different amount of the bainitic microstructures are obtained. Within the low carbon the whole bainitic microstructure is available. the amount of the bainite is decreases,its morphologies are changed and the amount of the martensite is increased with increasing the carbon content. The bainitic steels obtained have higher toughness and strength. The microstructures of half-bainite and half-martensite can be obtained by air cooling when the composition is appropriate. This kind of steels has better comprehensive mechanical properties and higher wear resistance. It has a better wear resistance than that of the several typical materials in the practice. The bainitic steels studied have a good application future.
