【摘要】 我们于1990～1992年将脑电地形图应用于儿科临床,并对其实用价值进行了研究探讨。本组102例,其年龄为新生儿期～14岁。疾病包括:癫痫27例,血管性头痛15例,病毒性脑炎14例,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病14例,精神发育迟缓9例,脑外伤后遗症4例,脑发育不全6例,其他13例。对上述疾病的脑电地形图表现作了分析,并对其中67例同时作脑CT,37例同时作脑电图者的结果进行了对比。从而提出脑电地形图可客观地反映,直观地显示患者各种病变脑电活动变化,其不仅可提示病变的性质而且可确定病变的部位。因此在儿科有重要应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported study about clinical application of brain atlas (BA) in paediatrics. Brain atlas was applied on diagnosis and treatment of paediatric diseases and its use value was discussed in 1990-1992. The age of 102 cases was from .newborn to 14 years old .These diseases include epilepsy (27 cases) .vascular headache (15 cases),viral encephalitis (14.cases) .neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy (14 cases),mental retardation(9 cases),sequela of brain trauma(4 cases),cerebral aplasia(6 cases)and other (13 cases). The manifestations of these diseases in brain atlas were analysed and the manifestations of CT of 67 cases and manifestations of EEG of 37 cases with that of BA were compared in the paper. The paper indicated that changes of cerebral electrical activity of these diseases can be reflected objectively and be showed directly in BA. Brain atlas not only can point out quality of disease but also define position of disease . Therefore,brain atlas has important use value in paediatrics.更多还原
