【Abstract】 Freshly collected sperm of Oreochromis nilolicus was cultured in sperm conservation buffer at 28cC. As high as a concentration of 10mM gossyrol acetate did not inflence the survi val rate of the spermatozoa wi thin one hour. when cultured for three hours, the survival rate of the spetmatOZoa significantly decreased. However, low concentrations (25-100pM) of gossyFol significatly increased survival rate of tilapia spermatozoa in three hours. The resul is of the experiments were discussed in this paper.更多还原
