【Abstract】 The explicit necessary and sufficient conditions are given for oscillation of linear autonomous ordinary differential equations (ODE) and difference equations,respectively.These conditions are similar to the Routh-Hurwitz’s scheme for checking stability of linear autonomous ODE so that it solves Ladas’ open problem in 1990.更多还原
