利用三乙醇胺掩蔽作用原子吸收法测定土壤全钙
DETERMINATION OF TOTAL CALCIUM IN SOIL WITH THE SUPPRESSION OF TRIETHANOLAMINE USING AIR-ACETYLENE FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 空气──乙炔火焰原子吸收测土壤全钙,由于干扰因子多,准确度欠佳。土壤经硝酸──氢氟酸──高氯酸消煮后,加入氯化 和三乙醇胺,空气─乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定,准确度有较大提高,优于加氯化 、氯化 和氯化钠两种方法。
【Abstract】 When using air-acetylene flamde atomic spectrometry(AAFAS) to analyze the total calcium in soil,the accuracy is not good, because of having many interference factors Boiling the soil in HAO3-Hf-HClO4,then added LaCl3 and(HOCH2CH2)3N and analyze the total Caloium in soll with AAFAS.This method greatly improved the accuracy and are superior to another two methods with adding LaCl3 and LaCl3+NaCl.
