鸡微生物饲料添加剂对肉鸡免疫功能影响的研究

【摘要】 本项试验用鸡微生物饲料添加剂饲喂肉鸡,采集一、三、六周龄鸡的胸腺、法 氏囊、脾脏及盲肠扁桃体等材料,进行光镜和电镜观察.结果表明:试验组免 疫器官较对照组生长迅速和成熟快。六周龄时,试验组胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏的 重量较对照组提高了83.15%、4.46%和74.82%,盲肠扁桃体面积较对照组增大 1.77%。在胸腔、脾脏内、法氏囊和盲肠扁桃体粘膜固有层、粘膜下层分布着 大量的淋巴细胞和一些浆细胞,它们受抗原刺激后,分化、繁殖,发挥免疫功 能的作用。同时血中T淋巴细胞值试验组较对照组高.

【Abstract】 Raising broiler with the probiotics of Bacillus cereur SA38, the experiment was conducted with the thymus. bursa of Fabricius, spleeh and caecal tonlil of the broiler after 1. 3, 6 weeks; and observed them with optical microscope and eiectron microscope. The resuit showed that the immune Organ of the experimental broiler grew faster and matured better than that of the compared broller. Mang lymphocytes and plasma ceels wore scattered in the Lamina propria and epthelium Mucosa of the thymas, bursa of Fabricius spleen and caecal tonsil. And there are more thymus dependent lymphocytes in blood than that of the compared broiler.
