【Abstract】 The present method in this article posseses many merits, e. g., high separation efficiency and large permeation flux. After three years,research, the good microporous membranes F. and F24 fitful to treat water were found and a correspondent membrane module was designed. Passing through the membrane moudle just one time, the running water became extra pure water whose quality achieved Grade 3 of Chinese Microelectronic industry Standard, and accorded with stipulation of Chinese Pharamacoeia (issued in1985).
