心肌显像剂 ̄(199)Tl的生产与 ̄(199)TlCl注射液的应用研究
PRODUCTION OF  ̄(199)T1 OF MYOCARDIAL VISUALIZATION AGENTS NAD APPLICATION OF  ̄(199)T1C1 INJECTION SOLUTION
【摘要】 利用回旋加速器内束流装置上引出的α粒子(流强150~200μA,能量24~25MeV)去轰击用铜作衬底的镀金靶头,在金的镀层上发生197Au(α,2n)199Tl核反应,产生199Tl。研究了从铜、金和镓中分离铊的条件。199Tl与200tl的活度分别为2.3×105Bq即和7.1×102Bq,即200Tl的活度为199Tl活度的0.31%。用199TlCl注射液进行了动物体内的心肌显像实验与人体内的心肌显像实验,均取得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 The separation conditions of  ̄(199)T1 from Cu , Au and Ga by reaction  ̄(197)Au,2n) ̄(199)T1on the internal target installation of cyclotron are studied. The α-particle energy is selected in the rangeof 24~25MeV. The cumulative charge quantities of-paritcle beams bombarding the gold target arein the range of 1200~1500μA· h respectively. The radiochemical separation of  ̄(199)T1 is carried outwith isopropy1 ether extraction and anion exchange from the irradiated gold targets. The radioactivitiesof  ̄(199)T1 and  ̄(200)T1 are 2.3×10 ̄5 Bq and 7.1×10 ̄2 Bq respectively and  ̄(200)T1 is.31%of the totalradioactivity. The impurity elements contained in 1 mL of  ̄(199)T1IC1 injection solution are Au<0.2μg,Cu< 0.04μg, Fe=0.166μg and Ga=0.00μg.The  ̄(199)T1C1 injection solution has been used in themyocardial visulization experiments of animal body and human body and good results have beenobtained.
