【Abstract】 Surface acidity,surface structure and catalytic activity of Fe2O3/ACDM zeolitecatalysts were studied using XRD,Py-IR,NH3-TPD,Mossbauer-spectrum and MTOreaction. The results showed that calcination treatment didn’t influence the crystallinity ofHACDM zeolite,and impregnation treatment didn’t destroy the framework of the supporterzeolite. With increasing Fe content and higher calcination temperature,the following effectswere observed.(Ⅰ)Acidic sites and IB/IL value of zeolite surface decreased as shown by NH3-TPD.(Ⅱ)The conversion rate of methanol and selectivity to light-olefins also decreased,but both of them were higher than those on H-ACDM, Besides,the results of Mossbauerspectra showed that Fe2O3,took part in MTO reaction,and was partly reduced to FeO.
