对深孔弧门主梁布置型式的探讨

【摘要】 现行规范仅建议了弧门主梁布置的定性原则,但没有解决保证结构设计的合理化的问题。为此,根据板壳理论分析了各主梁间刚度比对荷载分配和传递的影响,并根据提高闸门抗振性能的刚度合理分布.提出了合理的弧门主梁布置型式是由主纵梁和主横梁组成的井字梁结构,四支臂支承在四个交叉点上。并从各项主要安全因子协调一致角度,确定出各主梁间、辅梁间刚度比的合理值与孔口特征的关系,从而使弧门主梁布置原则定量化。最后给出了单位刚度比k1、k2与孔口短边与长边比β。的关系曲线,可直接查用。

【Abstract】 In the technical norms in force. there are only some qualitative principles arranging main beams of a radial gate, and there are no quantitative stipulations to ensure reasonable structural design. In view of this. effects of rigidity ratio of main beams on distribution and transmission of loads are analyzed by means of plate and shell theories; and based on reasonable rigidity distribution improving anti-seismic behavours, reasonable layout pattern of main beams of a radial gate, which is a normal crossing structure composed of main longitudinal beams and main transverse beams with four arms supporting on four crossing points, is proposed. Based on the principle of integrated coordination of all principal safety factors, the relationship between the reasonable values of main beams rigidity ratio and secondary beams rigidity ratio and deep outlet characteristics is determined. Thus,the arrangement principles of radial sate main beams are quantified. Finally, the relation curves of unit rigidity ratio k1 and k2 versus short side to long side ratio β0 in length are given.
