KCl:Sr2+单晶的热锻研究
Hot-forging Investigation for KCl:Sr ̄(2+) Single Crystals
【摘要】 针对热锻纯KCl晶体中存在的晶粒长大和二次再结晶问题进行了KCl:Sr ̄(2+)单晶的热锻研究。结果表明,锻压温度和润滑剂的选择是晶体锻压成功的关键因素;晶体应力应变曲线呈两阶段硬化特点;适当的掺杂浓度范围是(25~40)×10 ̄(-6)wt-%。作者以360℃锻压温度,50%锻压比成功地锻压出Φ85×(10~15)mm的KCl:Sr ̄(2+)晶体,并对其锻压前后的机械和光学性能进行了对比测试。
【Abstract】 Press forging of KCl:Sr ̄(2+) single crystals was carried out to suppress grain growth and secondary recrystallization in pure hot-worked KCl crystal The results indicated that the selection of forging temperature and lubricating-oil is the most important factor for forging process. The stress-strain curves were characterized by two hardening stages. The reasonable Sr ̄(2+) content is (25~40)×10 ̄(-6)wt-%.A transparent forged KCl:Sr ̄(2+) crystal 85mm in diameter and 10~15mm thickness was obtained at forging temperature of 360℃ and forging ratio of 50%. Before and after forging, the mechanical and optical properties of crystals were measured.
