Nd:Ca5(PO4)3F激光晶体中夹杂物的分析
Analyses of Inclusions in Neodymium Doped Calcium Fluorophosphate Laser Crystals
【摘要】 采用提拉法生长了Nd:Ca_5(PO_4)_3F晶体。用扫描电镜和电子探针对夹杂物进行了分析。分析表明,晶体中的夹杂物是由组分过冷引起的富磷缺氟相组成的。提出了形成夹杂物的原因及消除办法。
【Abstract】 Neodymium doped calcium fluorophosphate(Nd:Ca5(PO4))3 F crystals have been grown by the CZ technique. Main inclusions in the crystals have been analysed with SEM and EPMA (electronic probe microanalysis).The analysed result show that in Nd :Ca5 (PO4 )3F crystal inclusions are composed of phase of purplus phosphorus and lack iron. Which arises from constitutional supercooling in crystal growth.The formation mechanism and elimination of the inclusions are proposed.
