POM晶体在二甲亚砜溶液中的成核研究
Investigation of Nucleation of POM Crystal from Dimethyl Sulfoxide Solution
【摘要】 研究了有机非线性光学晶体３－甲基－４－硝基吡啶－１－氧（ＰＯＭ）在二甲亚砜（ＤＭＳＯ）溶液中的成核行为。测定了亚稳区宽度和成核诱导期，计算了成核特征参数。本文还讨论了成核对晶体生长的影响。
【Abstract】 The nucleation of the organic nonlinear optical crystal, 3- methyl-4-nitropyridine -1-oxide (POM),has been studied in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)solution.the metastable zone widths a nd induction period of nucleation were measured and nucleation characteristic parameters were calculated. Additionally,the influence of the nucleation on POM crystal growth is discussed.
