BaF2晶体的热锻研究

【摘要】 本文首次对BaF_2晶体进行了热锻的研究,通过光学显微镜观察了BaF_2晶体在不同温度下热锻的微观结构。分析了热锻温度对BaF_2晶体的应力-应变曲线的影响。测试了BaF_2晶体在不同气氛条件下热锻后的红外和紫外透过率曲线。讨论了热锻BaF_2晶体雾状区域形成机理。对热锻BaF_2晶体其它性能测试表明,热锻BaF_2晶体的抗压强度、硬度和抗热冲击性能均优于单晶。

【Abstract】 This is the first report for BaF2 crystals investigated by hotforging technique.The microstructure of hotforging BaF2 crystals at various hotforging temeperature was observed by using optical microscope. The effect of the temperature on stress-strain curves for crystals forging was studie.The IR and UV transmission curves of crystais at various atmospheres were measured and discussed. The mechanism of fogging regions preduced in the forged crystals was discussed.The property measurements show that mechanical strength and thermal shock resistance of forged crsytals are superior to that of single crystal.
