【Abstract】 It’s difficult to distinguish the radiologic signs of malignant lymphoma from carcinoma on stomach.This article sums up the processes of roentgen diagnoses of 6 cases of primary malignant lymphomas of stomoch confirmed by the surgeries and pathologies.Accoding to the radiologic signs ofthe tenacity of the stomach wall, the change of gastric mucosa multiply and extensive and solitary or multiply ulcer,and together with the clinical information,we can increase the diagnostic rate.更多还原
