准分子激光虚共焦非稳腔稳态理论研究
STEADY-STATE THEORY RESEARCHON POSITIVE-BRANCH CONFOCAL AND UNSTABLE RESONATOR IN EXCIMER LASER
【摘要】 在Rigrod理论基础上建立准分子激光非稳腔稳态理论模型,通过测量不同泵浦条件下七种输出耦合的平行平面腔的输出光强,给出小信号增益系数g_0,非饱和吸收α以及饱和参量I_s,由此通过非稳腔稳态理论推算出不同放大率M的虚共焦非稳腔的输出光强I_(out),与实验结果基本吻合。
【Abstract】 On the basis of Rigrod’S theory,we have developed a steady-state theory of unstableresonator for excimer laser.The small-Signal gain g0,unsaturable absorption coefficient αandsaturable intensity Is are estimated by measuring the output intensity of parallel-plane oscillatorswith seven output couplings under different pump conditions. Thus,the output intensity Iout ofpositive-branch confocal unstable resonators as a function of magnification M are obtained throughunstable resonator steady-state theory.The calculated parameters of unstable resonator are inagreement with the experimental results.
