【摘要】 本文报告８６例血管性痴呆患者的认知功能和ＥＲＰ，并以３３名正常人作对照。与靶刺激时反映选择、注意相关的Ｐ２波，病人组（１８３．６６ｍｓ）与对照组（１６８．９５ｍｓ）比较明显延长，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；与认知功能相关的Ｎ２波和Ｐ３波，病人组（分别为２６２．１５ｍｓ和３７０．６８ｍｓ）比正常组（分别为２１７．７３ｍｓ和３００．２２ｍｓ）也明显延长，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract The cognitive function and event-related potentials (ERPs)of patients with vascular dementia was reported. ERP components were recorded.As compared with the normal subjects, the related P wave in the diseased group was prolonged remarkably (183. 66m/s vs 168.95/m/s)with a mark difference(P<0.001).In the diseased group N2 and P3 in relation to cognitive function were 262.15m/s and 370. 68m/s ,while in the control group they were 217.73m/s and 300.22m/s respectively.
