热风、远红外和微波干燥香菇、蘑菇方程研究

【摘要】 通过一系列干燥试验,得到热风、远红外和微波对香菇的干燥方程,其形式分别为MR=Be ̄(-rt),MR=Be ̄(-rt)(单项扩散模型)和MR=e(Page方程);并与干燥蘑菇(切片)的方程比较,结果是:热风、微波干燥时方程形式一样,远红外干燥时则不同。

【Abstract】 In this paper,based on a serics of tests,dehydrating characteristics and drying mathemati-cal models have been obtained.On lentinus edodes,hot-airflow or far-infrared drying differ with microwave drying as todehydrating characteristics.There are three stages(adjust,steady and decline)in hot-air-flow or far-infrared drying,and microwave drying only two stages(steady and decline).On the basis of dehydrating characteristics,the mathematical model of hot-airflow orfar-infrared drying on lentinus edodes have been inferred.The coefficients of model weregained in each stage and significantly different of regression model is at 0.005 or 0.001,bymeans of multiples linear regression.The mathematical model of microwave drying on lenti-nus edodes was obtained by analyzing relation between moisture content proportion and dry-ing time,and the coefficients of model in two stages were gained.This model is differ fromone of hot-airflow or far-infrared drying.The models of three drying patterns on lentinus edodes were compared with the ones onmushroom.Model of far-infrared drying is different because of material.Hot-airflow drying model is analogous to one-term exponential model was discussed.The microwave drying model is identical with Page-equation.The model of far-infrared dry-ing on bulky material is analogous to one-term exponential model,and identity of model onslice material with Page-equation.
