【摘要】 本文报告２０例大角度（≥６０△）外斜视，施行双眼外直肌同时等量后徙（多数患者采用超常量后徙）及非注视眼内直肌切除术。一次手术正位率９０％。外转有轻度不足现象，但不影响其外观及向前方注视。避免了双眼分次手术，维持了双眼对称性运动。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis reports 20 cases of large angle exotropia(≥60△)corrected with the equal re-cession of bilateral external rectus(large recession is applied to most of the patients)and theresection of the internal rectus of the major strabismus.The cure rate after one operation is90%.Although the function of abduction is a little weak,yet the patients’appearance andpower of gazing ahead will not be influenled.separate operations on the two eyes are avoidedand proportional movement of the two eyes is maintained.更多还原
