【摘要】 通过对４个黄瓜品种不同生育期叶面真菌种类的分离和鉴定，共得到２４种真菌。其中接合菌１种，半知菌２１种，待鉴定菌２种。叶面真菌的优势种是Ａｌｔｅｒｎａｒｉａａｌｔｅｒｎａｔａ（链格孢）和Ｃｌａｄｏｓｐｏｒｉｕｍｈｅｒｂａｒｕｍ（多主枝孢），它们在４个品种的３个生育期中出现频率都在１８．４％以上。真菌种类和优势种对黄瓜品种没有明显的选择性。叶面真菌数量分析结果表明，同一品种不同生育期之间有显著差异，而同一生育期不同品种之间差异则不显著。４个黄瓜品种都表现为幼苗期真菌数量较多，初花期较少，盛瓜期最多。黄瓜叶面真菌区系中，对黄瓜炭疸病菌具有拮抗作用的种类有Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｌｕｓｖｅｒｓｉｃｏｌｏｒ（杂色曲霉）、Ｐｅｎｉｃｉｌｌｉｕｍｃｈｒｙｓｏｇｅｎｕｍ（产黄青霉）、Ｐ．ｉｍｐｌｉｃａｔｕｍ（纠缠青霉）。更多还原

【Abstract】 species of fungi were obtained by means of analysing the seasonal variation ofepiphytic fungiflora and its population on the phylloplane of four cucumber varieties. Oneof the fungi was zygomycete, twentyone species were deuteromycete and the rest were tobe identified. The dominants were Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium herbarum, Fusariumoxysporum,F.sp.3,Penicillium chrysogenum,P.implicatum, Aspergillus versicolor andTrichothecium roseum.The species and the dominants were hardly selective to the cucum-ber varieties The results showed that the fungus number on the phylloplane was signifi-cantly different between different growing stages in the same variety but not so significant-ly different between of different varieties during the same growing stage.Three times ofisolations showed that the fungus number was high in the seedling stage,decreased slightlyin the early blooming stage and increased greatly in the lueuriant fruiting stage.The antibi-otic fungi on the cucumber phylloplane to Colletotrichum lagenarium were as follows :As-pergillus versicolor, Penicillium chrysogenum,P.implicatum.更多还原
