【摘要】 对１例罕见的骡良性骨外巨细胞瘤进行了眼观和光镜检查。巨细胞瘤位于左侧下颌部皮下，与筋膜有联系，呈卵圆形。巨细胞瘤由多核巨细胞和单核基质细胞组成，间质富有血管；多核巨细胞，多呈圆形，直径２８～９０μｍ，胞核５～６个至４０个以上，多聚集于细胞中央，呈圆形或椭圆形，核膜清楚，染色质稀少，散在分布，核仁明显；基质细胞呈梭形，细胞界限不清，胞核为梭形或椭圆形，染色和结构与巨细胞的胞核相似。对巨细胞瘤的病理形态学和发病学的一些问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 One case of rare benign extraskeletal giant cell tumor of mule was examinedby macroscopy and microscopy. The giant cell tumor was an ovoid mass located in the sub-cutis of the left mandible attaching the fascia. Microscopically,the giant cell tumor wascomposed of multinucleated giant cells and mononuclear stromal cells, and was highly vascu-lar in interstitial tissue. The multinucleated giant cells were the hallmark of this neoplasm,most of the cells were round in shape,diameter 28～90 micron and had 5～6 to more than40 nuclei per cell.These nuclei concentrated mostly in the middle of the cell,they had around or ovoid shape,distinct nuclear membrane,rare dispersed chromatin and prominentnucleole. The stromal cells had a fusiform shape and the borders of these cells were indis-tinct;their nuclei were fusiform of ovoid in shape. There was a similarity of nuclear stainingand structure in both stromal cells and multinucleated giant cells.Some problems of patho-morphology and pathogenesis of giant cell tumor were discussed.更多还原
