电沉积n—CdTe薄膜的研究

【摘要】 用电沉积法制备n—CdTe薄膜,可降低半导体材料的消耗和生产费用,对降低太阳电池成本具有很大吸引力。本文通过不同衬底和不同阴极电位电沉积制备CdTe薄膜,进行不同温度下的热处理。对多晶CdTe薄膜做了XRD分析,并在由CdTe薄膜作光电极,碳棒为对电极,多硫氧化还原体系Na2S+NaOH+S溶液作为电解液的光电学电池中做光电I——V特性测量,发现以Ni作衬底及阴极沉积电位-0.67—-0.70V(对照SCE)下沉积出的CdTe薄膜光电性能较好,如对薄膜进一步在马福炉中250°下供烤15—45分钟,其光电转换效率将得到进一步提高。

【Abstract】 Adopting the cathodic deposition techhique to prepare n-CdTe thinfilm makes it possible to reduce the raw material consumption and itsprocessing cost and,accordingly,the cost of solar cell manufacturing,Inthis paper,the thin filn of polycrystal n-CdTe is deposited on differentsubstrates subject to varied depositing voltages.Then the n-CdTe poly-crystals yielded by catliodic deposition is heated in air at different temperatures.The properties of n CdTe thin film have been studied by meansof XRD analysis and the I-V curves are measured with n-CdTe actingas the photoelectrode,carbon-the electrode and polysulfide redox system(Na2S+S+NaOH)-thc electrolyte,It is found that the n CdTe thinfilm deposited on Ni substrate subject to 0.67-0.70 v(vs SCE ) has bet-ter solar energy conversion performance,If the film is heated in air at250℃for 15-45 minutes,its solar energy conversion efficiency can be improved even further。
