安定对小鼠血液超氧化物歧化酶活力及过氧化脂质含量影响的观察

【摘要】 本文观察了安定对小鼠血浆LPO含量、红细胞SOD活力的影响。结果显示:安定组小鼠血浆LPO含量明显低于生理盐水组,提示安定具有抗脂质过氧化的作用,对细胞有一定的保护作用。安定组小鼠红细胞中SOD活力较生理盐水组明显降低,提示安定对SOD活力有一定的抑制作用,同时也说明小鼠血浆LPO含量的下降,并不是SOD作用的结果,而与安定有关,这一作用机制有待于进一步探讨。

【Abstract】 The effect of diazepam on the content of lipid peroxides and activity of super-oxide dismutase in the blood of mice was dealt with in this paper. The result indicate that diazepam decrease the plasma LPO content significantly and weakens the activity of erythrocyt-ic SOD. It suggests that diazepam may be of effectiveness in preventing Lipid peroxidation, protecting the cells ,suppressing the activity of erythrocytic SOD and decreasing the plasma LPO in mice. Of course it needs further study.
