用标准样品测量小角X射线散射的绝对强度和入射光束能量
THE USE OF CALIBRATION SAMPLE AS STANDARD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF THE ABSOLUTE SCATTERED INTENSITY AND OF THE PRIMARY ENERGY IN SAXS
【摘要】 本文详细叙述了在ｘ射线小角散射中绝对强度测量的意义以及测量的具体方法。以标准样品聚乙烯薄片为例给出了绝对强度和入射光束能量测量的基本步骤。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the theory and method with the polyethylene platelet as a calibration sample for the determination of the absolute scattered intensity and of the primary energy in the case of SAXS has been described.
