【摘要】 本文利用Ｂａｙｅｓａｐｐｒｏａｃｈ给出了系统可靠性综合评估的方法。对一个复杂系统，其可靠性的最大似然估计很难得到，为此给出一个渐近有效的估计十分必要。很多可靠性试验费用比较昂贵。因而观测数据比较少，且多为不完全数据，为能充分利用数据信息，达到一定精度，本文针对成败模型给出的Ｂａｙｅｓ近似很有效。本方法不仅对该模型有效，且是一个一般性的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a comprehensive assess for system reliability is gived using Bayesian approach.It is necessary to obtain an asyrnptotic sufficient estimation for reliability of a complex systeni because the maximum likelihood estimator is hard to find. The reliability experimeni is usually very expensive so only a small number of incomplete observation data can attained,the assess method given in this paper proves to be efficient for success-fail experiment model in extracting data information and it is the same for general model.更多还原
