人精子抗原基因表达克隆HSG8的特异抗体对精子制动作用的研究
^The Effect of HSG8 Expression on Sperim’s Motility
【摘要】 研究制备人精于抗原基因ＨＳＧ８的表达产物，并用此表达产物提取兔抗人精子血清中的相应抗体。抗ＨＳＧ８抗体能降低正常人精子的平均直线运动速度，并在精子制动试验中表现较强烈的抑制作用。ＨＳＧ８表达产物引发的抗原－抗体反应可能是一种细胞毒反应。
【Abstract】 A genetic expression product of the human sperm antigen gene HSG8 prepared. The corresponding antibody to HSG8 was extracted by a plaque antibody selection method. The antibody can reduce the swimming velocity of human sperm from 36.88±5.32um/s to 10.13±2.10um/s,and lead to a positive reaction in sperm immobilization test (SIT).
