【摘要】 将40只家兔分组以-25℃～-20℃低温冰袋造成家鬼后肢冻伤。对受试动物的冻伤肢体、主要脏器作病理检查,并进行血液凝固与血液流变学检测。结果表明,寒冻可引起血管内血栓形成(如股动脉与肺小动脉血栓形成)、血管内皮细胞肿胀、静脉及毛细血管扩张、瘀血、出血、红细胞聚集等改变。部分血凝与血液流变指标亦有显著变化。提示冻伤是一种全身性损伤,对血管的损害尤为明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hind legs of 40 rabbits, divided into 4 groups, were subjected to coolingusing -25℃ to -20℃ ice bags to produce frostbites. Pathological examination of the localinjured legs and visceral organs were done. Studies were carried out on both blood coagulation system and hemorrheology. Pathological changes occurred not only locally but also in all the main visceral organs examined. Thrombi were found in femoral arteries and pulmonary arterioles. Findings included swelling of the vascular endothelial ceils, dilatation of veins and capillaries, blood stasis, hemorrhage, and aggregation of erythro-cytes. Blood clotting and hemorrheological changes were also noted. The results suggesting that frostbite is an injury involving the whole body, particularly the vascular system.更多还原
