【Abstract】 Soluble Hemagglutinin (SHA) of V. Cholerae purified in this laboratory and V. Cholerae-adsorbed on aluminium hydroxide (1.5mg/ml) were used to immune mice. Then, the mice thus immunized were attacked with Wg2(EL-Tor Biotype) by intragastric administration. The protective effect conferred by SHA to the mice was evaluated with murine intestinal adherence immune inhibition test. The results reveal that SHA plays a role in the inhibition of adherence of EL-Tor Biotype V. Cholerae to the intestinal mucos-al cells of the mice.更多还原
