【摘要】 分析了９８例成人急性白血病影响临床预后的因素。结果认为，患者发病年龄，初治时Ｈｂ值，化疗方案的选择，是否获得完全缓解以及是否进行积极有效的脑膜白血病的防治等与患者预后均有密切关系。年龄≤２５岁，Ｈｂ≥１００ｇ／Ｌ及有效的联合化疗方案的选择，可使完全缓解率明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。完全缓解与积极有效的脑膜白血病的防治可明显延长患者的生存期（Ｐ＜０．００５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 he prognosis of 98 cases of adult acute leukemia was analysed. It was found that the incipi-ent age,Hb levels,program of chemical therapy, complete remission and prevention and treat-ment of meninges leukemia were clsoly related to the prognosis.The complete remission rate ris-es significantly in patients who have an age≤25 years,Hb≥100 g/L and receive and adaptivecombined chemical therapy(P<0.05).Complete remission and effective prevention and treatmentof meninges leukemia prolongs the survival time of patients(P<0.005).更多还原
