【Abstract】 Taking the measurement of magnetic field in the axial direction within asolenoid by using a ballistic galvanometer, as a example, this paper proves that the self--inductance of detecting coils does not have influence on the result of measurement in order tomake up for the neglect of the problem in textbooks.
