【摘要】 对５─羟色胺（５—ＨＴ）在四季鹅抱窝中的作用进行了研究．口服５－ＨＴ受体阻断剂，可使抱窝四季鹅的血液催乳素（ＰＲＬ）、β－内啡吠（β－ＥＮＤ）水平迅速下降，抱窝持续时间由２９．２０±１．５６ｄ缩短至４．２０±１．５８ｄ．结果表明：５—ＨＴ参与四季鹅ＰＲＬ和β─ＥＮＤ的调节，在抱窝机理中起着重要作用．β─ＥＮＤ在抱窝中的作用仍需进一步深入研究．更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of serotonin on the broodiness in Si-Ji goose was studied.The broody geese were given 5-HT receptor blocking agent by oral.The broody period was shortened from 29.20±1.56 for untreated group to 4.20±1.58 for treated group.The levels of plasma prolactin and β-endorphin decreased rapidly after treatment.The results suggest that serotonin regulates prolactin and β-endorphin secretions of Si-Ji goose and plays a key role in the mechanism which initiates broodiness.更多还原
