铝锂合金硬质阳极化工艺研究
A Study of Hard Anodizing Technology of Al-Li Alloy.
【摘要】 研究了各种工艺参数对铝锂合金阳极化氧化膜生长和硬度的影响。试验表明,氧化膜厚度与电流密度和氧化时间乘积呈线性关系。降低硫酸浓度和温度有利于氧化膜生长和硬度的提高。弯曲试验和SEM观察发现,氧化膜与合金基体结合牢固,无剥落现象。初步分析了锂对氧化膜性能的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the influence of every process factor on the growth and hardness of the oxide film of Al-Li alloy,The ex-periment results show that the thickness of oxide film is linear with the multiplication of anodizing time and current density.Lowering HzSO4 concentration and temperature improves the growth and hard-ness of the oxide film,It’s found that there is a firm bond between the oxide film and the alloy matrix through bending test and observing with SEM,The influence of Li on the properties of the oxide film is analysed tentatively.
