【摘要】 用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察了兴国红鲤（Ｃｙｐｒｉｎｕｓｃａｒｐｉｏｖａｒ．ｓｉｎｇｕｏｎｅｎｓｉｓ）受精前后卵子质膜变化以及皮层颗粒释放的过程，初步提出了质膜修复重组的模式。结果表明，释放出的皮层颗粒内含物通过卵膜发达的管道网络系统排出；修复重组后的卵球质膜可能吸收了部分皮层颗粒包膜，这种新膜对于将来的卵裂可能有益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The process of CG being released and changi ng of the plasma membrane in theSinguo Red Carp(Cyprinus carpio var. singuonensis )eggs have been observed under SEMand TEM. The model of the restoration and reorganization of the plaslna membrane of theegg has been presented.The resuIts suggest: The contents of CG were released through thesystem of the crisscross network of canals of the chorion; The reorganized plasma membranemay be valuable for cleavage of the egg; Some membrane of CG’sac may join in the new in-lav membrane.更多还原
