贵州余甘子果肉营养成分与生态环境关系初探
THE EXPLORATION OF THE RELATION BETWEEN NUTRITIVE COMPONENTS OF FLASH OF PHYLLANTHUS EMBLICA FRUIT IN GUIZHOU AND ITS ECOLOGIC ENVIRONMENT
【摘要】 初步探讨了贵州余甘子果肉营养成分与土壤、海拔高度的关系，发现余甘子果肉中Ｖｃ含量与海拔高度、土壤水提ＰＨ值有较明显的相关性。在海拔５００～８００ｍ间，土壤水提ＰＨ＝６～７间余甘子果肉Ｖｃ合量较高。
【Abstract】 Having explored the relationship of nutritive components of flash of phyllanthus emblica fruit and the soil,the eleyation, it has been found that Vc contents of phyllanthus emblica fruit are higher at an elevation of 500～800m and the pH value of the soil is 6～7.
