【Abstract】 The microwave irradiation was applied to immunofluorescence staining fot antigenic loca lization of au-toantibodies.The method was compared with routin indirect immunofluorescence,it had the simple,rapid advantages andlow background staining.The cellular structure was very clear by microwave rapid staining.The method was not onlyused to foundational research of cell biology.but also to clinical assay.更多还原
